Slowing down is something we all deserve to enjoy, as it's an excellent way to invite more intention, good health and mindfulness into our daily lives. Join Janelle at Cure for a mindful evening with herbal tea education and a yoga practice where you’ll learn about specific medicinal herbs to help boost your immune system, and create your own tea blend to sip on throughout the class.
This workshop will start by learning about the healing properties of the herbs available, then, with all that information, you will mindfully choose which herbs to use to craft your own special tea blend to suit your needs that day. Once tea is made, we will enjoy a simple, grounding meditation followed by a slow flow yoga practice, which will offer little mindfulness breaks to stop, sip your tea and breath deeply.
After the workshop, you will be sent home with a pre-made tea blend to enjoy in the comfort of your own healing space, but we will also have bulk herbs for sale at the workshop should you wish to bring home extra herbs that you tried and loved. We encourage you to bring your own tea ball/infuser and your favorite mug, but if you do not own one we will have some for you to use.
