Open your body and restore your soul with this blissful 2-hour workshop, led by Janelle at Mantra! Our workshop will begin with a slow flow yoga practice, warming the body
and calming the mind in preparation to the restorative yin practice to follow.
Yin yoga is a series of postures in which the body is fully supported and the
postures are held much longer than in a traditional yoga class, allowing your
muscles to relax and lengthen safely, without any stress or strain.
Class will be accompanied by soothing music and a special blend of essential
oils will be diffused throughout class.
