Motherhood is one of the most profound, spiritual experiences. From pregnancy to postpartum and beyond, yoga is a great outlet for mothers to connect with themselves, their body, their babies and motherhood as a whole.
Through the dark
is a guide for anyone going through a dark night of the soul, experiencing grief, loss, or heaviness of any kind; someone who is feeling lost and disconnected from themselves and the light within and around them. From my own experience with deep grief, I created this program to help others find their way back home to themselves.
