Through the Dark
is a guide for anyone going through a dark night of the soul, experiencing grief, loss, or heaviness of any kind; someone who is feeling lost and disconnected from themselves and the light within and around them. This is a program made for those looking to reclaim their power, sense of Self, and their divine right to feel joyous; this is for someone ready to find their way back home. This program has four modules, filled with multiple tools to help you along your healing journey: Acknowledgement, Yoga, Nurturing, and Nourishment.
Acknowledgement: Sitting with the Pain
This Module is here to remind you of the importance of taking time to sit with your darkness, not running from or numbing it, offering different tools to learn how to become comfortable amongst all the pain. This module includes guided meditations, journal prompts, and pranayama (breath awareness) exercises, and how to use them in your healing journey.
Yoga: Healing through Conscious Movement
This module will offer you mindful movement, specifically designed for you to access at any stage in your healing. You will find simple poses as well as a couple of full class sequences for you to move through intuitively.
Nurturing: Self-Care
In this module, you will be given prompts to find exactly what type of self-care ritual you need to give yourself a little extra love. Along with the prompts, this module has actual tips and suggestions to help you discover the modality that works best for you in your healing.
Nourishment: The Importance of Food and Herbal Medicine
This module will cover the importance of using nutritious food and herbal medicine when trying to heal from the inside out. Here you will find recipes and education around specific medicinal herbs.
